Hard to believe we are facing yet more COVID challenges with this Delta variant. A month or so ago there was a sense of energy and excitement in the air - a feeling of renewal - like we were ready to go out and "live" again. And appreciate the stuff we might have taken for granted...
And now we are being urged to mask up again for inside 'stuff.' Even those of us who are vaccinated. And I read an article about the resurgence of COVID via the Delta variant in Cape Cod - break-through infections among the vaccinated. Ugh.
And everyone is facing challenges as a result. I'm wondering about my "day job" as my interim assignment is nearing its end. Will I still have a role in the organization next week? I guess we will see.
